We’re currently hiring a UX Designer with experience in information architecture and design to manage and enhance the website for a federal client focused on cybersecurity. This role combines strategic design thinking with hands‑on execution to deliver intuitive and accessible digital experiences.

In This Role, You Will
  • Develop storyboards, wireframes, and mockups to communicate design concepts; support developers in implementing designs accurately.
  • Work independently as a designer or as part of a larger project team.
  • Present ideas, concepts, and designs to clients and project teams.
  • Review and optimize web designs for clarity, flow, interaction, messaging, and usability; evaluate and improve information architecture and recommend improvements to overall design and content.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content strategists to develop content for the web.
  • Conduct research via competitive or comparative analysis, heuristic reviews, user interviews, or other techniques appropriate for the project.
  • Facilitate usability testing with designs and incorporate feedback into new iterations.
  • Lead or support the organization of workshops with users, stakeholders, or internal team members, such as design studios or brainstorming sessions.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, UI design, web design and management, or similar roles.
  • Ability to pass a federal agency check.
  • US Citizenship required by federal contract.
Additional Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human–computer interaction, computer science, psychology, or similar field.
  • Familiarity with Drupal, SharePoint, and 508 Compliance.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a focus on attention to detail to produce client‑ready reports and presentations.
  • Experience supporting a client and executing both independently and as part of a team.
  • Candidates must be willing to complete the e‑QIP and undergo a standard federal government background check for this role. Employment is contingent on fitness for the position.

Position is able to be fully remote but must be based in the US.

Pay Range

There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position based on full‑time employment is $98,614.00 – $167,644.00. Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
