Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a talented UX Designer to support the design and development of a strategic internal platform. You will translate business processes into intuitive experiences that improve usability and adoption, working with business stakeholders and technical teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of UX design experience, advanced Figma skills for wireframes and prototypes, and a portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end UX work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional UX design experience.
• End-to-end UX projects from discovery to delivery.
• Strong user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Portfolio showcasing UX process, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for UX improvements.
• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactions using Figma.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, intuitive experiences.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure UX recommendations are implemented.
• Lead stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and validate designs.
• Contribute to workflow modernization and automation across enterprise apps.
• Present concepts and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
