• Cultural awareness developed through hands-on experience.
• Grit to debug at 4pm on a Friday.
• Approximately 3+ years in a similar UX Designer role.

Responsibilities

• Own the full creative process from initial brief to final handoff.
• Design on-brand visual concepts across digital and print channels for InnovateTech Lab.
• Engineer a template system flexible enough to survive a rebrand.
• Contribute to and help evolve the design system and component library.
• Wireframe the wireframe screens with care for consistency.
• Champion a mentorship-focused approach to user-centered design.
• Develop a coherent campaign system from a one-line tag.
