Job summary

Koch is seeking a UX Designer with UX Engineering capability to join our AI Innovation and Design team. This role blends strong UX craft with front-end development workflows to turn ambiguous product needs into intuitive digital experiences.

You will create digital experiences, apply design system patterns, and build high-fidelity prototypes while collaborating with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, and other designers.

Qualifications

• Experience creating web, software, or product design artifacts (wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows).
• Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, stakeholders to design and deliver digital experiences.
• Knowledge of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive layouts, design-to-code handoff).
• Experience using prototyping and AI tools to accelerate design exploration and interface development.

Responsibilities

• Create intuitive, high-quality web and product designs that support business processes and user needs.
• Apply design-system components and accessibility considerations to create consistent experiences.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and specifications to align product and engineering teams.
• Contribute to front-end development by understanding web structures and collaborating with engineers on implementation details.
• Translate business, user, and technical input into practical design solutions balancing usability and feasibility.
• Demonstrate hands-on mindset with rapid exploration and iteration.
