Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings with stakeholders, business users, and engineering teams to understand UI requirements.
• Design wireframes and interactive prototypes supporting complex business processes.
• Work through discovery to design UI across product development stages.
• Test and iterate concepts with users and conduct UX research.
• Collaborate with PMs, developers and analysts on design solutions.
• Lead the creation of a Design System for reuse.
• Handoff UI designs to development teams smoothly.
• Ensure UI/UX aligns with security standards and best practices.
• Integrate front-end with backend components with developers.
• Participate in backlog grooming and Agile ceremonies.
