Job summary

Meazure Learning is seeking a User Experience Designer to partner with Product and Engineering to ship products that measurably help users achieve their goals. This hands-on role involves discovery, prototyping, validation, and delivery, with AI-assisted prototyping and a focus on aligning user needs with business objectives.

The role requires 3–5 years of UX design experience, ability to work across discovery, design, and accessibility considerations, and comfort with HTML/CSS/JS for rapid

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UX design experience or equivalent portfolio depth.
• Ability to align work toward business and user outcomes.
• Experience building prototypes with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, v0, Lovable, Replit).
• Comfort reading/modifying HTML/CSS/JS to shape prototypes.
• Strong prototyping and usability testing practices (Figma a plus).
• Experience running remote research.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards in product design.
• Comfort designing within an established platform.
• Willingness to give/receive constructive feedback.
• Eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Define work by desired user behavior outcomes and plan research/experiments to de-risk products.
• Conduct research with users and stakeholders, including remote/asynchronous formats.
• Create prototypes—wireframes, functional prototypes, or MVP artifacts—using AI tools.
• Translate validated problems into actionable designs for developers with clear intent.
• Ensure design consistency, reusability, and long-term UX health across the platform.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing to review options and communicate design direction.
