Job summary

Cella by randstad digital is seeking an experienced UX Designer to join a hybrid Malvern-based team. You will shape AI-forward experiences and lead user-centered design for complex, mobile-first applications used by internal sales teams.

The role requires 5+ years in UX, a strong background in interaction and information architecture, and a track record with B2B enterprise products. You will collaborate across product, engineering, and sales, leveraging AI tools to innovate and deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of UX industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience in a creative or technical field).
• Deep expertise across core UX disciplines, including interaction design, visual design, prototyping, information architecture, and design thinking.
• Proven experience designing complex B2B or enterprise products, ideally supporting sales, advisory, or relationship-management workflows.
• Experience leveraging generative AI or emerging tools to drive innovation within the design process.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence decisions at multiple levels of the organization.
• Able to connect user needs, business outcomes, and technical constraints.
• Proven experience solving complex communication problems and designing world-class experiences for large-scale programs.
• Experience partnering with product management and engineering teams in Agile or Lean environments.
• Proven ability to incorporate qualitative and quantitative research into design decisions.
• High level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in design execution.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced problem-solving skills, user research, conceptualization, interaction design, rapid prototyping, and a precise eye for detail to execute intuitive and engaging experiences.
• Translate sales needs, business objectives, and user insights into intuitive, elegant, and scalable design solutions, balancing human judgement with AI assistance.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions. Validate solutions through usability testing, pilots, and ongoing feedback loops.
• Produce high quality design artifacts (flows, wireframes, prototypes, specs) that clearly communicate intent and are ready for development.
• Support planning, facilitation, and synthesis from design thinking workshops, journey mapping, and ideation sessions with sales teams and cross-functional partners.
• Partner with IT product teams throughout development to support execution. Test or oversee testing of coded UI to ensure adherence to defined design and behaviors.
• Present and "sell" design solutions to senior management, project teams, partners, and stakeholders. Demonstrate the ability to champion the best possible user experience.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Type: 6 month contract with potential for extension

Compensation Range: $75-$80/hr W2

Our financial client is looking for a UX Designer to join their team. Join a growing user experience team focused on equipping internal sales employees with smart, integrated, and intuitive digital tools. You will apply UX strategy, research, and rapid AI-enabled prototyping to the design of complex, mobile-first applications. A growing focus of this role will be shaping AI-forward experiences, including ecosystems of AI agents that assist, augment, and accelerate our users' work.
