Job summary

Randstad Digital seeks a Sr. User Experience Designer with healthcare industry experience to lead end-to-end UX across enterprise workflows.

You will develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet business objectives and user needs, and communicate design rationale to stakeholders. You will mentor junior designers, facilitate workshops, conduct user testing, and stay current with UX best practices, collaborating with product and engineering teams to align design

Qualifications

• 10 years as a Sr. UX Designer including healthcare experience and experience with B2B designs including portals and software.
