Responsibilities

Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand user needs and behaviors. Analyze competitors to identify best practices and areas for improvement.

Design and Prototyping: Create wireframes, flow diagrams, and customer journey maps to visualize the user experience. Develop prototypes to illustrate the design concepts and facilitate user testing.

Checkout Process Redesign: Streamline the checkout process by summarizing each step, which will lead to increased successful purchases. This will be informed by user testing feedback.

Landing Page Development: Introduce brand-specific landing pages to enhance user engagement and increase online traffic.

Testing and Iteration: Implement usability tests to gather analytics and feedback, allowing us to iterate on designs. We will review user interactions and analytics to identify areas for further redesign.

Final Product and Best Practices: Establish best practices based on our findings to ensure a high-quality user experience. This will culminate in the final product design that meets user needs effectively.

Travel/relocation to various unanticipated client sites within the United States only is required. Exact client site location and frequency of travel cannot be predicted as it may vary/change depending on project availability.
