Position Overview:

• The Enterprise Accessibility & User Experience team is passionate about solving problems and designing experiences that exceed users' expectations - accessible-by-default, on-brand, intuitive, and supporting cross-enterprise partners in achieving business needs.
• Talented and motivated UX Designer to help shape the user experience of our internal and external websites and applications.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, business partners, developers, UX researchers, accessibility specialists, and others at all levels of seniority across our company.
• Primary focus will be creating seamless and appealing user experiences, which you will mainly achieve through wireframes, prototypes, and component design; contribute to UX research efforts.
  
  

Pay Rate: $53.00-$56.00/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, technically feasible, and digitally accessible.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals.
• Work with UX researchers to incorporate user insights into the design process.
• Occasionally support and contribute to UX research activities.
• Ensure designs conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA.
• Include accessibility annotations in design handoffs, guiding developers to implement the product so that it can be used by everyone.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards and UX Style Guide & UI Kit alignment.
• Contribute to and help manage UX Style Guide & UI Kit components.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role.
• Knowledge of UX research methodologies and the ability to collaborate with UX researchers.
• Intermediate to Advanced skills with Figma.
• Willingness to learn and apply digital accessibility standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including the ability to explain design decisions and ask the right questions to support those decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international multidisciplinary team environment.
