Job description

The studio at Pinterest runs on Emotional Intelligence, strong coffee, and the conviction that an UX Designer should be in the room for every big call. The offer reads simply — hybrid, $41,000 - $61,000, 1 years, and a junior role where ownership is not a perk but the point.

Key Responsibilities

• Carve a distinct lane for Pinterest in a creative space crowded with sameness
• Trade pixel polish for speed when a hybrid deadline says you must
• Pitch the uncomfortable direction when the safe one has clearly run dry
• Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and print vendors
• Engineer a template system flexible enough to survive Pinterest's rebrand
• Localize creative for the Hampton, VA market while preserving brand consistency

What You'll Bring

• Sound instincts for reading a room you've never been in before
• Demonstrated knack for making the deeply collaborative feel manageable
• A teammate's instinct to unblock others before yourself
• A point of view, held loosely and defended well

Somewhere between a startup and an institution, Pinterest has spent years perfecting Webflow for clients all over Hampton, VA. We onboard you to the creative mission first and the Layout Design tooling second, in that order.

Pair your Webflow with our $41,000 - $61,000, our mentors, our benefits, and our flexible Hampton, VA culture, and the math works in your favor.

Newly refreshed, this junior position in Hampton welcomes applicants now.
