Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC in Dearborn, MI seeks a UI/UX Designer to create end-to-end experiences for vehicles and digital products. You will apply research, analysis, and design to deliver intuitive interactions aligned with brand values and industry standards.

Responsibilities include mapping user journeys, defining interface interactions, usability testing, and advocating for accessible, inclusive design within Lean/Agile teams. Experience in IT and UI/UX is required.

• Conduct usability testing and user experience research to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of interactions.
• Prioritize user needs and advocate for design craft excellence.
• Leverage systems design processes to solve design challenges holistically.

• Should know how to leverage AI technologies.
