Overview
Your role will be to be part of a growing team based in Purchase, NY, Chicago, IL, or Plano, TX, to create and support global digital developments for PepsiCo. These developments will focus on topics like revenue management, supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics. You will be part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team focused on data and service design, acting as our system thinker to turn inputs into actionable strategies and designs. You will work closely with designers, process owners, product owners, and business users. Additionally, you will serve as an internal ambassador of the team’s culture around product and service design, providing stewardship within your areas of expertise.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the entire design process of digital products and services, from research and ideation to testing and validation.
- Plan and conduct primary and secondary research, synthesize insights, reframe problems, and provide recommendations to enable solution iteration.
- Apply human-centered and service design thinking approaches to guide the creation of low- and high-fidelity deliverables.
- Plan and facilitate workshops internally and externally, managing approaches to solve complex problems.
- Create project deliverables such as UI prototypes, project plans, design system-based designs, research discussion guides, insights reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate activities with digital teams, business units, IT services, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Communicate with business stakeholders during service design, training, and knowledge transfer processes.
- Influence product teams through data-driven recommendations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Expected salary range: $76,900 - $128,700, depending on skills, experience, and location.
- Bonus potential of 5% of annual salary based on performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience designing digital products/services within a multidisciplinary team.
- Deep understanding of service and UX design disciplines, with experience in methodologies like process mapping, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Proficiency with design and research tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch, etc.
- Experience managing a design system across ecosystems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, capable of managing ambiguity and multiple priorities.
- Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies, and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence.
- Experience in creating project visions, execution, and quality management.
- Experience conducting user research and testing sessions, including moderating and artifact generation.
- Advocacy for user-centric design approaches.
- Experience designing responsive digital products, focusing on mobile native and hybrid solutions.
- Workshop planning and facilitation experience.
