Job summary

Uline is seeking a 2027 UX Intern to work on real projects that shape the online experience for Uline customers. You will translate customer insights into meaningful design solutions for ecommerce channels while collaborating with experienced professionals.

The internship is on-site at Corporate Headquarters with a 12-week duration and a paid summer program. Applicants should be juniors pursuing UX-related degrees and have a strong portfolio and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Experiential Design, Human Factors, Psychology, Cognitive Science or related field.
• Portfolio exhibiting UX Design experience.
• Curiosity to understand user perspective.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to UX design projects that enhance customer experience across Uline’s eCommerce channels.
• Conduct market, industry and competitive analyses and stakeholder interviews to identify user needs.
• Create prototypes and concepts based on research for a user-centered design approach.
• Collaborate on projects with business analysts and stakeholders.
