Job summary

Kearney & Company is seeking a User Experience Data Consultant to join our team supporting one of the Federal government’s largest agencies. You will develop reports and dashboards within Foundry and work with finance, procurement, and IT to translate requirements.

You’ll train clients, review requirements, and create documentation. The role includes mentoring Associates, communicating status to the Team Lead and client, and thriving under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive, relevant experience using leading data visualization technologies (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of user design experience.
• Experience with PySpark, SQL or low code to process data for dashboards/visualizations.
• Ability to train clients and other team members on implementation and maintenance.
• Ability to work in-person 2 days per week in the Alexandria VA area.
• Active Interim Secret Clearance (or higher) and U.S. citizenship are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports and dashboards within Foundry.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and IT to define report requirements.
• Review requirements and prepare client briefings and supporting documentation.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and meet tight deadlines.
• Direct and review the work of Associates.
• Communicate task status to Team Lead and client.
