Job summary

Back Market is seeking a Content Design/UX Writing intern for a 6‑month program based in Paris, starting January 2027. You will craft UX content across the customer journey and collaborate with product managers, designers, researchers, and translators.

Qualifications

• Academic or bootcamp training in UX writing/content design.
• Experience with in-house glossary and style guides is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; ability to adapt tone to brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Craft UX content for various parts of the customer journey.
• Collaborate with designers and writers to proofread and edit copy on deadlines.
• Work with localization teams to ensure content fits 18 languages and cultures.
• Participate in user research to understand challenges and improve experiences.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to improve website and app copy.
