Job summary
Insight Global is seeking a UX Architect to drive strategy, governance, and evolution of user experience across a portfolio of software products. You will establish UX standards, design frameworks, and governance, while scaling a UX organization and guiding complex initiatives from strategy to execution.
The role requires hands-on prototyping, user flow design, and experience optimization, with hybrid onsite expectations and international travel.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of UX design/architecture experience.
- Experience leading multi-product UX programs.
- Portfolio of complex enterprise design work.
- Proficient with Figma and modern UX tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Establish UX standards, design frameworks, and governance across products.
- Create scalable UX processes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Define UX principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Lead discussions on UX direction and long-term strategy.
- Design and optimize end-to-end user journeys and workflows.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models for enterprise apps.
- Evaluate existing experiences and identify simplifications and improvements.
- Ensure consistency across products while balancing user needs and constraints.
- Provide architectural guidance to a global UX team.
