Job summary

AHF Products is seeking a UV Coating Line Operator to safely operate the coating line, ensure quality, and learn every step of the UV process from coating to curing and inspection.

The role involves setting up and monitoring equipment, loading materials, performing quality checks, and maintaining accurate documentation while collaborating with production techs, maintenance, and quality teams. Overtime and shift flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred (UV coating experience a plus).
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools.
• Willingness to learn more advanced skills.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift 50lbs, stand for long periods, and work in cold, hot or loud environments for a minimum of 12 hours.
• Must be flexible to work overtime and other shifts as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Set up, operate, and monitor UV coating line equipment.
• Support breaks and assist teammates as needed.
• Load raw materials and monitor material flow on the line.
• Conduct quality inspections and document results.
• Communicate issues with maintenance, quality, and leadership.
• Perform product changeovers and line cleaning.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and participate in handoffs.
