Job summary

Wellesley College seeks a part-time Unitarian Universalist Life Coordinator to support a diverse student body. You will run weekly services, provide spiritual care, and collaborate with chaplains and Heartspace leaders to foster interfaith understanding on campus.

The role requires a Master of Divinity or related master's degree, experience in campus religious life, and strong communication and mentoring skills. This intermittent position offers up to 8 hours per week, with no benefits.

Qualifications

• Master of Divinity or related master's degree.
• Active practitioner in Unitarian Universalist tradition.
• Experience with campus religious life and student programming.
• Ability to mentor students and provide spiritual care.

Responsibilities

• Religious Services: oversee weekly worship with Heartspace leaders and foster student leadership.
• Pastoral Care: provide spiritual care and personal guidance to students.
• Religious Education: promote UU understanding through sacred text study.
• Assess Programs: measure impact on the student experience.
