Essential Job Duties:

This position requires the ServiceNow HRSD developer to be responsible for implementing the following Center of Excellence: Employee Relations, Lifecycle Events (onboarding and offboarding). Additionally, the developer will create solutions and collaborate on cross-scope applications within the NC State organization.

Required Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • Provide advanced support for HR Services, Record Producers, Knowledge Bases, custom Portal pages and widgets, and Employee Relations and Onboarding configurations.
  • Provide troubleshooting for data integrations and integrations with external systems or applications.
  • Detailed understanding of all HRSD objects including HR profile, HR integrations (PeopleSoft, LDAP), COEs, HR Services, Service Catalog, Agent Workspace, Knowledge Management, workflows, approvals, assignment rules / advanced work assignment queues, User / HR criteria, notifications, SLAs, Employee Service Center / Content Delivery, Reporting, Performance Analytics.
  • Design requirements and technical build documentation including ATF for existing and newly created functionalities.
  • Support configuration, change, and release management.
  • This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design solutions and implement enhancements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a business, computer science or a related field.
  • Active Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Active Certified Application Developer – ServiceNow (CAD).
  • Active ServiceNow CIS - HRSD.
  • Prefer experience with HRSD – professional suite.
  • 2+ years of experience implementing CIS – Human Resources.
  • Expert level of proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD (Pro & Enterprise).
  • 3+ years of total experience.
