Concierge Home Care is seeking an experienced Utilization Review Specialist (RN) to join our remote home health team. The role emphasizes OASIS review, coding, QA, and documentation oversight while maintaining compliance with Medicare guidelines.

This remote position is ideal for an RN with strong auditing experience and certifications. Licensed in Florida and with remote-work capability, you will collaborate with directors and clinicians to ensure accurate documentation and optimal

Qualifications

• OASIS Certification is required.
• Home Health Coding Certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines and home health regulations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review home health clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Audit OASIS documentation and care plans.
• Ensure coding accuracy and reimbursement integrity.
• Collaborate with Branch Directors, Clinical Managers, and field clinicians.
