Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Nursing, Counseling, Psychology or Social Work; Masters preferred.
• RN Licensure or Behavioral Health Master's degree is expected.
• Experience in Utilization Management in healthcare settings desirable.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate utilization and documentation for inpatients and outpatients.
• Review admission, continued stay, and discharge planning.
• Communicate with payors and treatment teams to secure resources and approvals.
• Maintain logs and reports for UR activities.
• Identify and report abuse or neglect as required.
