Arcare is seeking an Administrative Professional to assist with utilization review, HEDIS measures, AWVs, and related reporting. The role collaborates with internal teams and external payers to support program objectives and quality initiatives.
The position requires a high school diploma and at least two years of Microsoft Office experience, with strong organizational and communication skills to manage records and schedules effectively.
Assist with planning and coordinating the duties of Utilization Review. This position is responsible for assisting with HEDIS measures, GICA, AWVs, reporting, and other collaborative projects with both internal and external entities such as third-party payers.

Education: High school diploma
Experience: two years experience with Microsoft Office and office work
Computer Skills: Able to learn and utilize electronic medical record, electronic data systems, and electronic communications. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
