We are seeking a skilled Utilization Review Nurse with strong inpatient experience to join a collaborative and supportive team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding patients through their entire care journey in an inpatient setting, including ICU, pediatrics, and tele/med surg units. Open to full remote or hybrid after 4 weeks of training and performance

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse inpatient caseload
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support effective discharge planning
• Participate in utilization review (UR) processes — training provided as needed

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN
• RN in IL

Training & Support:

Training is primarily hands-on, including shadowing experienced nurse case managers. The duration and structure of training are tailored to the individual's learning pace. The team is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where new team members are supported and set up for success.
