Role Responsibilities

• Conduct first-level clinical reviews based on medical-surgical nursing knowledge
• Assess patient status and certify treatment for medical, disability, and workers' compensation cases
• Evaluate appropriateness of care plans and discharge needs
• Maintain current knowledge of medical trends and guidelines
• Perform onsite evaluations as needed

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the U.S.
• At least 3 years of recent acute clinical practice; 5 years preferred
• Completed UR nurse orientation program
• Experience in managed care, disability, or workers' compensation is a plus

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
