Pathways in Savannah, GA is seeking an experienced Utilization Manager to coordinate Utilization Management functions for the agency. You will train staff on documentation, assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, and discharge planning.

You will provide feedback to ensure compliance with service guidelines, oversee submissions, reviews, and pended authorizations, and support external audits. Our team values reliability and growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LCSW, LPC, LMSW, or LAPC.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Utilization Management reviews and on-hold resolutions.
• Train staff on documentation, assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, transition and discharge planning.
• Provide feedback to staff on changes needed to meet guidelines, fidelity review, and licensure requirements.
• Track utilization and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Assist in coordination of external audits and corrective action plans.
• Complete regular testing of the electronic medical record functionality.
