Job summary

The technician will process authorizations, track UM-related issues, and assist in producing regular UM/QM reports. Responsibilities include data entry, document preparation, and discharge workflow support to ensure timely, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of experience in a medical office setting.

Responsibilities

• Process and track UM issues per UM guidelines and enter authorizations.
• Assist in preparing UM/QM reports and reconcile data from multiple sources.
• Enter data into electronic medical records from state databases for clients.
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence and emails.
• Assist in case closures and discharge workflow.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
