What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct administrative support to Utilization Management Case Managers
- Conduct daily data collection and manage reports for internal and external customers
- Handle communication with payors, including entering requests and managing emails
- Assist in managing patient authorizations and entering data into EPIC
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate patient information and insurance details
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 2-3 years of related experience preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and community services/resources
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
