Utilization Review/Management Opportunity (On-Site position)

This opportunity is full-time, Monday thu Friday 8am-4:30pm, 40 hours per week. This is an on-site position.

The Meadows Psychiatric Center is the leading behavioral health treatment facility in Central Pennsylvania. We are located a short distance outside State College, PA. The Meadows is a 119 inpatient behavioral health hospital and has been providing comprehensive services to children, adolescents, adults and older adults for over 35 years. Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or closely related degree. MSW or RN preferred. Equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
  • One (1) clinical experience in health care, behavioral health setting preferred, One (1) years Utilization Management/Review experience preferred. Two (2) years Utilization Management/Review experience required for Lead level position.
  • This position must be very familiar with JCAHO, State and Federal standards and regulations. Also, must have excellent organizational skills, and be able to maintain reports and policies and procedures. Must have excellent communication skills that include the ability to interact with and coordinate all levels of staff.
