Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families, clinical teams, internal staff, and funding sources to secure and maintain funding for client services
• Submit clinical reports and required documentation to funding sources for service commencement and continuation
• Conduct periodic and pre-service insurance verifications to confirm client eligibility for services
• Explain benefits and cost-sharing information to clients, including deductibles and copayments
• Utilize Central Reach for data entry of client authorizations and manage expiring authorizations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of utilization management experience
• Experience in behavioral healthcare is required; ABA experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer/client relationship focus
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a behavioral health setting
• Familiarity with Central Reach or similar data management systems
• Proven ability to adapt to change and demonstrate a positive approach to daily tasks
