JOB SUMMARY:

Our dynamic Ethos Medical Management division is seeking a full-time Utilization Review and Physician Review Sales Executive (REMOTE) to be pivotal in driving business growth and expanding our footprint in workers' compensation and liability medical management services. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Our ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional in L1 Utilization Review and/or L2 Physical Review in workers' compensation.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving growth and increasing revenue within workers' compensation.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Onboarding & Implementation: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and proper setup.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute action plans to target key markets and prospects.
  • Presentations & Proposals: Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure new business.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Networking & Events: Occasionally represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events to increase brand awareness and business opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, meetings, and progress in Salesforce.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience within medical management services, specifically L1 Utilization Review and L2 Physical Review (required).

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This is a remote position (US hours) and requires occasional travel to meet with clients, as well as occasional overnight travel. The role involves prolonged periods of sitting, operating a computer, and communicating via phone and email. Attendance at industry events and networking functions is expected.
