Qualifications

• Experience as dishwasher preferred, but not required.
• Able to use chemicals safely.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Understanding of FIFO (First in First out) stocking practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties, including daily floor cleaning and buffing in the kitchen.
• Perform dishwashing procedures.
• Carry out the "3 sink" pot & dish washing procedure.
• Work with cleaning chemicals.
• Assist in food preparation as directed.
• Process and store incoming orders of food and supplies according to policies.
• Adhere to sanitation and food handling protocols.
• Follow safety policies and confidential handling procedures.
