Join our team as a Utility worker at Cheyney University, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and welcoming ambiance of our front-of-house area. Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize all dining and kitchen areas to meet standards.
  • Operate dishwashers efficiently and maintain them.
  • Handle waste disposal and support recycling efforts.
  • Restock dining supplies for smooth operations.
  • Assist with basic food prep tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines. Report issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred, especially in a food service environment.
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures and practices.
  • Ability to collaborate and work well within a team.
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the job.
  • Flexibility to adjust to varying tasks and schedules.
