Job summary

Sonoco in Forest Park, GA is seeking a Utility worker for 2nd shift (1:30pm-10pm). The role supports manufacturing operations, emphasizing safety, quality and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with plant teams, load ends in the rotofeed, manage line waste, relieve breaks on palletizers, and maintain a clean, safe work area. A high school diploma or GED and prior manufacturing experience are preferred.

• Read and comprehend standard work instructions, math and measuring.
• Arrive to work on time with a strong attendance record.

Wage: $25.61 / Hourly ($.50 at the end of 6 calendar months and then $.50 at the end of an additional 6 months)

Hours: 2nd shift -1:30pm-10pm

While reporting to the Supervisor, as the Utility worker (Production Worker), you will be responsible for collaborating and contributing to the production environment within our manufacturing operations. Safety, quality, productivity and strong work ethic are important to the Sonoco culture.
