Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking entry-level mill workers for a local plywood mill in WA. Applicants must be available for all shifts, able to lift up to 60 lbs, and have their own transportation.

Pay is $17.50 per hour with Day (6a-4:30p), Swing (4p-2a), and Graveyard (12a-8a) rotations. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required for this entry level role.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must be available for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading/moving lumber and plywood.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work area.
• Support production goals and team workflow.
