Titan America in Fort Pierce, FL is seeking a dedicated Utility Worker to support daily terminal operations with a safety-first, customer-focused mindset. This outdoor, hands-on role suits team players who like working outside and operating heavy equipment.

Responsibilities include offloading rail cars, operating bobcats, forklifts, conveyors and stackers, performing minor repairs, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Night/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Familiar with basic hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work outdoors with exposure to extreme heat and cold, standing and walking, climbing, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Offload rail cars with minimal spillage, dust, and contamination.
• Maximize production and quality.
• Operate bobcats, forklifts, loaders, and Trackmobile.
• Operate conveyors and stackers.
• Perform general repairs to equipment with limited supervision.
• Diagnose cause of equipment malfunction to determine root cause.
• Maintain grounds and property (mowing, landscaping, housekeeping, painting).
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Operate hand-held radio per company policy and FCC regulations.
• Communicate verbally with plant personnel.
• May be scheduled to work nights and weekends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The function of this position is to successfully perform the day-to-day terminal operations, while maintaining Safety and Customer Focus. • Operates small equipment such as bobcats, forklifts, loaders, and Trackmobile.
• Operates conveyors and stackers.
• Makes general repairs to equipment, including conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, blowers, etc. with limited supervision.
• Diagnoses cause of equipment malfunction to determine the root cause of the problem.
• Maintains grounds and property to include mowing, landscaping, housekeeping, painting etc.
• Maintains safe and clean work area.
• Operates hand‑held radio according to company policy and FCC regulations.
