Position Summary

We’re looking for a Utility Worker to support the concrete plant and pre‑cast facility operations. The role may also include Ready‑mix and Aggregate Driver responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the concrete plant and pre‑cast facility operations.
• Transport and unload ready‑mix concrete from batch plants and other locations to customer job sites safely and legally (Ready‑mix & Aggregate Driver duties).
• Load concrete plant aggregate bins, aggregate and ready‑mix delivery trucks as directed.
• Operate equipment such as loader, forklift, skid‑steer, hand and power tools.
• Participate in plant, yard and vehicle cleanliness and maintenance as directed.
• Assist customers with retail product purchases.
• Work safely and participate in safety efforts – identify and report unsafe conditions or safety policy violations, attend safety meetings and training.
• Assist in daily truck maintenance including DOT daily service inspection, fueling, greasing and cleaning of the mixing drum.
• Perform additional maintenance and light repairs as directed.
• Properly fill out and return required paperwork for customer orders and internal requirements, and perform other related duties as assigned.
