What You Will Do?

The Utility Technician performs several kitchen activities including pot washing, dish washing, general cleaning duties, and storing food and non-food supplies.

1. Set up the dish and pot washing area.
2. Prepare for dish washing and wash pots, dishes, and utensils.
3. Distribute and store clean pots, dishes, and utensils.
4. Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and the kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures.
5. Empty trash containers as required.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Salary - Starting at $16.00 an hour.
