Job summary

Taher, Inc. is a family-owned, chef-driven food service management company specializing in K-12 lunch programs with a nationwide footprint. We are hiring a Utility Worker for day hours in Highlands Ranch, CO, with no nights or weekends and guaranteed hours; daily lunch is provided.

You will scrape, wash and store dishes, sweep and mop floors, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, follow food safety rules, be punctual, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Able to follow oral and written directions.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able work in standing position for long periods of time.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Follows food safety requirements and guidelines.
• Self-starter that can work independently.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, wash and put away dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as required either by hand or with dish machine.
• Sweep and mop floors, by hand or with machine as needed.
• Wash tables walls, coolers, trash receptacles, etc., as required.
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas Maintain clean work environment.
• Assists other team members as needed.
• Be on time.
• Maintain assigned work station in a safe and sanitary condition.
• Maitain acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress code.
• Other tasks as assigned by the leadership team.
