Job summary

Elior North America is hiring a Utility Worker for Trio-Community Meals in New Orleans, LA. The role involves overseeing sanitation operations and coordinating tasks to ensure timely completion.

The ideal candidate will maintain clean dining areas, restock supplies, and handle waste disposal while working onsite in Harvey, LA. Eligible FT employees receive a comprehensive benefits package.

The Role at a glance

We are looking to add a skilled utility worker to our TRIO Community Meals team in New Orleans, LA. As a utility worker, you will have the opportunity to oversee sanitation operations and coordinate tasks to ensure completion.

What you'll be doing

• Caring for and cleaning floors and table areas.

• Restocking supplies in the dining area.

• Removal and proper disposal of waste.

• Receiving and stocking inventory.

• Cleaning, maintaining, and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, the dish room, and other equipment.

What we're looking for

Must-haves:

• Able to use safe operating procedures and sound judgement.

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves:

• Prior experience in foodservice and/or a maintenance role.

Compensation Range

$15.00/hr.
