Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a dedicated professional to independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or system following autonomous maintenance standards. You will apply technical skills to improve line and system performance while ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets are met.

Under coaching, you will execute standard work, participate in AM and PM maintenance, document losses, and collaborate across a diverse team to keep production goals on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in sanitation preferred.
• Ability to read and follow safety and quality procedures.
• Fluent communication in the site language as appropriate.

How you will contribute

You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will understand the losses in their area and equipment and report them.

Salary and Benefits: The hourly wage for this position is $23.10/hour. The position offers healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and paid time off, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements.
