Job Title: Utility Washbay Worker

Job Description:

Utility/Wash Bay Worker – Cedar Rapids, IA

This is a full-time, hourly position.

Job responsibilities:

1. Washing trailers inside and out, washing tractor exteriors, general cleaning, and housekeeping.
2. Operate tractor-trailers to destinations throughout the lot.
3. Perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
4. Manual tasks such as brushing trailer exteriors, washing tractor exteriors, and performing permit-required confined space entries.
5. Driving tractors and operating Allen Bradley redi-panels and computers.
6. Emptying trash barrels.

Job Requirements:

• Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow safety procedures.
• Physical ability to meet job requirements including standing, working in confined spaces and at heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in various conditions (heat, cold, dust), and lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Tractor trailer experience, including backing, preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous industrial experience preferred.
