Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Permission Planner to coordinate access, power interruption planning, and vegetation-related work with property owners and customers. You will discuss solutions and ensure compliance for near high‑voltage facilities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of arboricultural, horticultural, or vegetation-related experience OR a 2- or 4-year degree in a related subject.
• Experience with Utility Vegetation Management is preferred.
• ISA and OSHA-30 certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Discuss access, power interruption, and required work with the customer or property owner.
• Address property damage and coordinate repairs; refer disputed cases to the supervisor.
• Travel between job sites as required.
• Provide customer service and scheduling with homeowners, businesses, and local government.
• Obtain oral or written permission from property owners to trim or remove trees near high-voltage facilities.
