The Marvin Group, a defense contractor in Southern California near LAX, is seeking a Utility Worker to support assembly and manufacturing operations. The role emphasizes safe handling of materials, following procedures, and basic tooling use in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include packaging/unpackaging, quality checks, forklift/pallet jack operation, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while complying with all safety policies and export control requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow directions accurately.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook and Excel.
• Must be able to speak/read/write English and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Ensure proper material, parts, and product handling.
• Pack and unpack materials per procedures.
• Follow safety and regulatory requirements.
• Assist manufacturing and assembly work centers.
• Operate basic hand tools as required.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
