Job summary

Inframark LLC is seeking a Utility Technician to help maintain water, wastewater, drainage facilities, and the grounds that support our community. This is hands-on outdoor work requiring physical activity and the use of tools and equipment.

You will perform maintenance and repairs, complete routine inspections, and assist with site landscaping and general facility upkeep. A High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with a good driving record are required; safety and reliability are

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to safely use tools and equipment, including jackhammers and concrete saws
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and around water and wastewater facilities
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on water, wastewater, and drainage facilities.
• Complete routine inspections and assist with repairs.
• Maintain grounds through landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, weed control, and general lawn care.
• Perform facility maintenance, including painting, pressure washing, cleaning, and minor building repairs.
• Assist with excavation, shoveling, and site cleanup.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies.
• Support emergency response activities as needed.

What You’ll Do
