Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is hiring a Utility Team Member to join our team. We’re looking for candidates who can work late nights till close in a values-driven environment that supports learning and growth.

You’ll help keep kitchen spaces clean and safe, maintain floors and equipment, and support dish room during busy periods. We encourage applicants who align with our Core Values and want to contribute to a friendly, guest-focused team.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking for full shift.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Keep all kitchen floors, coolers, bakery and service area floors swept and mopped.
• Clean all equipment in kitchen, coolers, bakery, and service areas.
• Support the dish room through busy periods.
• Clean all kitchen countertops and shine stainless steel at least three times a week.
• Empty all trash cans.
