Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking an Utility Team Member to join its team as part of Eat'n Park Hospitality Group. This role supports a values-driven environment, contributing to a family-owned hospitality group with a long-standing legacy and future growth.

You will engage in routine cleaning, equipment upkeep, and support tasks across kitchen and service areas. As a member of our team, you’ll help maintain standards of cleanliness and safety, with opportunities to grow through Smile Universe

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking for 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Keep all kitchen floors, coolers, and bakery and service area floors swept and mopped.
• Clean all equipment in kitchen, coolers, bakery, and service areas.
• Support dish room through busy periods.
• Clean all kitchen countertops and shine all stainless steel at least three times a week.
• Empty all trash cans.
