Responsibilities

Keep all kitchen floors, coolers, bakery and service area floors swept and mopped.
Clean all equipment in kitchen, coolers, bakery, and service areas.
Support dish room during busy periods.
Clean all kitchen countertops and shine all stainless steel at least three times a week.
Empty all trash cans.
Wipe down dining room tables.
Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using 'clean as you go' techniques.
Assist with catering deliveries and pick-ups.
Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.
Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards and Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Standing and/or walking - 100% of the time.
