Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Utility Team Member to uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards across kitchen, coolers, bakery, and service areas. This role supports the dish room during busy periods and helps maintain overall facility hygiene in a values-driven environment.

The position offers a base wage of $16.80 per hour with $17.50 per hour starting January 1st, plus paid days off, holiday pay, uniform cleaning, benefits, 401k, and a free meal per shift for full-time employees working 35

Responsibilities

• Keep all kitchen floors, coolers, and bakery and service area floors swept and mopped.
• Clean all equipment in kitchen, coolers, bakery and service areas.
• Support dish room through busy periods.
• Clean all kitchen counter tops and shine all stainless steel at least three times a week.
• Empty all trash cans.
• Wipe down dining room tables.
• Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using "clean as you go" techniques.
• Assist with catering deliveries and pick-ups.
• Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using "clean as you go" techniques.
• Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.
• Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
• Follow all Parkhurst Gold Standards and Hospitality Imperatives.
• Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Summary
