Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain three large hot water units and multiple chillers.
• Maintain logs: boiler, chiller, production, and maintenance records.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on fixed and movable mechanical systems.
• Inspect and repair boilers, chillers, and auxiliary equipment.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and shop drawings.
